Calathea Rattlesnake

Rattlesnakes like bright indirect sunlight, too much direct sunlight will burn the leaves. Watering when the top two inches have dried out will ensure your plant is not being under watered, if you notice brown or yellowing of the leaves or the leaves starting to curl could be an indication your plant is not getting enough water. Re-potting in the spring every year or two will help motivate the growth of the plant. When re-potting only go up a pot size at a time and using a good cactus mix will keep your plant healthy and happy.
