String of pearls need bright indirect sunlight, somewhere between 6-8 hours. Placing them near a south facing window will keep them thriving. String of pearls are part of the succulent family, they should only be watered when the soil is dry to the touch. These plants are susceptible to root rot so ensure when potting that you choose a pot with drainage holes along with a light airy soil.
