Peperomia thrive in bright indirect sunlight, placing in low light may slow the growth as well cause the leaves to fade. Letting the top few inches of soil dry out in between watering is important as they do not like soggy soil. Re-potting every year or two or when you notice the roots starting to pop through the drainage holes. Using a good potting mix and adding perlite to help with drainage is beneficial.
