4" Fern Staghorn

Staghorn ferns like bright indirect sunlight about 4-7 hours a day, direct sunlight will cause the leaves to burn. Watering your fern when the top few inches of the soil has dried out is beneficial. If you notice the fern starting to droop it is probably not getting enough water, these ferns are prone to root rot if over water so checking the soil is important. These plants like being root bound, so re-potting in the spring every few years will keep them happy and healthy, ensure to only go up one pot size when its time to re-pot.
