Aglaonema like bright indirect sunlight, to much direct light will cause their leaves to burn. Allowing the soil to dry out between watering is important as too much water will cause their leaves to turn yellow and fall off, if its too wet it may lead to root rot. Re-potting every one to two years or when you notice the plant becoming root bound, using a well draining airy soil will keep your plant healthy.
